A story

long 100 years

It was in 1920 that Corgnolini Pasquale, a decorated veteran of the First World War, began his activity as an artisan carpenter.

Over the years he combined his work in the workshop with the wood trade until it became his main activity.

With the entry of his son Pietro in 1948 the business received a new impetus. It is the beginning of numerous transformations that will lead it to operate from a limited local area to the whole of central and northern Italy.

Expansion made possible by continuous and significant investments in industrial buildings and areas equipped for the storage of goods.

This logic includes the construction of a new 23,000 sqm commercial complex in the early 1970s and the construction of cells for drying timber in the mid-1980s.

Finally, a factory was built in the mid-1990s which combined the timber trade with a new industrial activity aimed at the production of laminated wood profiles.

This new activity met with excellent success among all users, both at an artisanal and industrial level, so much so that at the end of the 90s the factory was expanded and a new production line was created.

Corgnolini srl uses trucks equipped with cranes to deliver its goods.

It also collaborates with multiple courier companies for express deliveries throughout the national and European territory, both for small supplies and for complete loads.

All this translates into a solid company that has made punctuality, reliability and competence its distinctive features, and is recognized and esteemed on the market by both its customers and its suppliers.

Of respect for the environment

We produce wooden laminated scantlings. We trade timber. Wood is the only renewable and unlimitedly available raw material if managed according to the FSC environmental certification criteria.

Our factory has zero environmental impact. The energy needs of our machinery, drying systems, forklifts and offices are covered entirely by solar energy produced by three photovoltaic systems whose power is close to one megawatt.

Processing waste is a precious resource for us. They guarantee the heating of our factories in winter and become raw material for the production of biopellets in summer. In this way we effectively follow up on the concept of circular economy by avoiding unnecessary waste.
